Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

 

Shipping is free for all orders to UK addresses.

To mainland UK  addresses for Small, Medium and Large Door & Wall Units, we use FedEX, UPS, DPD  or DHL couriers to deliver your order. For XL and Electronic Plexidors we use Parcelforce Express 48 service.

For Scottish Highlands and Islands we use Parcelforce Express 48 service. There are no additional charges for delivery to these addresses.

After receiving poor service and encountering problems in the past , we DO NOT use MyHermes/Evri to send parcels.

For European  orders we also use Parcelforce Worldwide, , DPD, DHL or UPS as appropriate.

Please note – Since the UK is no longer part of the European Union, any shipments to countries in the EU will be subject to local import duty and VAT, payable by the recipient. Check with your own country’s customs regulations for the relevant rate.

For orders from outside of Europe we will also deliver via Parcelforce, DPD, DHL FedEx or UPS.

(*) The Electronic Plexidor will be shipped to non UK destinations with UPS, FedEx or DHL.

If the the item you have ordered is in stock, it will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

Replacement parts and accessories will be posted Royal Mail 2nd Class to all UK addresses. For addresses outside of the UK we will send parts and accessories with the most appropriate courier service to that country.

Petitamis pet tags are posted Royal Mail 2nd Class  to all UK addresses within 1 working date of receipt of an order.

We are a Mail Order only company and as such, unfortunately do not have a shop or showroom for potential customers to view the products. We have a Trade Stand at Crufts each year, so why not come and visit us there. Details of our Stand number will be published on the front page closer to the event. We also have Stands at a small number of pet related shows or exhibitions throughout the year. We offer free shipping (UK addresses only) on all purchases at the shows. Occasionally we will have special show offer prices available.

 

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with this product, just return it unused in its’ original packaging within 90 days of purchase and we will refund the full purchase price less p&p. Returns not in their original packaging or in their original condition, or outside the 90 days will be subject to a 25% handling charge. We aim to process all refunds with 2 working days of receipt of the order.
